The right crew starts with the right plan. Our standard package includes two movers and a truck. Larger crew arrangements and special handling are reviewed and quoted for your move. Materials and stair/elevator fees are separate.

Two movers and a truck
Our standard moving package includes a two-person crew and a truck. Larger jobs or a different crew arrangement are reviewed and quoted separately. Labor-only service uses your truck or container.
Materials priced separately
Boxes, moving blankets and bubble wrap are excluded from the standard price. Tell us what protection and packing materials your belongings need so the arrangements and charges can be confirmed in writing.
Access charges are separate
Stair and elevator fees are not included in the standard rate. Tell us about access at both locations so applicable charges can be included in your written estimate.
Your date affects the rate
Rates vary between peak summer months and off-peak winter dates. We review your preferred date and availability before confirming the price. Online ranges do not include a calculated seasonal adjustment.

Your deposit is due when scheduling, after you review your written estimate. It is credited toward your moving total.

For cancellation or rescheduling
Give at least 24 hours’ notice before the start of your arrival window for a full deposit refund or a transfer to an available new date.

The remaining balance is due on move-in day. Any agreed changes are reflected in your final paperwork.
For a late cancellation or a missed appointment, the 25% deposit is retained. An inquiry by itself does not reserve a crew.

Ask for current insurance and bond documentation, plus the written protection terms that apply to your move. The standard package includes basic coverage. Ask for its exact limits, exclusions and claims process in your written agreement. Business insurance and protection for individual belongings are not the same thing.
How should I use the online price range?
Use it as a preliminary planning guide based on service, move size and timing. It is not a final quote or a guaranteed maximum. Furniture assembly is listed separately as an hourly service. We’ll review your inventory, route, access, materials and any minimums before providing a written estimate.
What can change the final price?
Inventory, distance, crew size, stairs, elevators, long carries, heavy items, materials and timing can all affect the price. Rates also vary between peak summer months and off-peak winter dates. The standard package is two movers and a truck; boxes, blankets, bubble wrap, stair fees and elevator fees are separate charges. Tell us about these in advance. We’ll explain applicable charges and discuss changes before doing additional work.
Does requesting an estimate book my move?
No. An online request starts a conversation. We still need to confirm your details, crew availability, written estimate and booking arrangements with you. You’ll have a chance to review the terms before committing.
What about deposits, cancellations or a date change?
A 25% deposit is due when scheduling. Cancel at least 24 hours before the arrival window for a full deposit refund, or reschedule with that notice to transfer your deposit, subject to availability. Late cancellations and missed appointments forfeit the deposit. The balance is due on move-in day. Read the booking terms.
Can you help with packing and furniture assembly?
Yes. We offer full or partial packing and furniture assembly or disassembly. Tell us what you have so we can confirm the work, supplies and costs in your estimate. Materials and specialty items should be discussed in advance.
Can I pay by card?
Yes. We accept card payments through Square. Your estimate or invoice will explain payment arrangements. For PayPal, Venmo or Cash App, ask the team for the correct business account before sending a payment.
What if something is damaged during the move?
Tell your crew and contact our team promptly so the issue can be documented and reviewed. Before booking, ask for the written coverage, exclusions and claims process that apply to your move.
Do you move outside Florida or on short notice?
Our moves stay within Florida. We offer in-state routes from 50 to 300 miles and can discuss weekend or short-notice jobs, subject to availability. Call for a time-sensitive move rather than relying on an online request.
